EXPRESS planned an experiential content trip for groups of stylists and influencers for March 2023. The trip was originally slated for a total of 15 attendees but quickly ballooned to more than 50 people flying to Miami for four days and three nights. The new large-scale necessitated the need for a strong production partner, which is why Greenhalgh PR & Events was hired.

Planning everything from the location to the mealtimes, Jess took care of all aspects of production for the retreat. With rigid call times and a myriad of dietary restrictions, the event was flawless in execution from start to finish.

Activities Planned:

  • Spa trips - massages and facials

  • VIP yacht lunch experience

  • Welcome dinner party for all guests

  • Farewell rooftop cocktail party with custom cocktails attended by celebrity guest Tan France

Greenhalgh PR Responsibilities

  • Developing event concept / curating the experience

  • Creating event schedule and flow, adding personal touches to enhance the experience

  • Researching hotel partners - collecting pricing, negotiating rates, confirming dates

  • Coordinating transportation - Uber, hired shuttles, private branded vehicles

  • Suggesting and sourcing SWAG options

  • Designed customs signs and itineraries, handling all printing

  • Created branded teeshirts for EXPRESS staff, ordering 300 in various sizes

  • Vetting florists and coordinating flower deliveries

  • Acting as point person for all vendors

  • Booking all airfare for invitees and monitoring flight statuses

  • Maintaining and tracking budget

  • Attending on-site, managing attendees, and keeping everyone on schedule
